Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Threefold website, operated by Threefold Systems Pty Ltd (ABN 60 699 872 565), trading as Threefold. Using the site means you accept them. Our client work is covered separately by the service agreement we quote after your free audit.

Using this site

You can read and share our content for your own use. Please do not copy, republish or resell it as your own, or use the site in any way that is unlawful or disrupts it for others.

The free audit

The audit is provided as general guidance for your business. It is genuinely yours to keep with no obligation. It is not a guarantee of any particular ranking or result.

The leads guarantee

For ongoing SEO engagements we offer a service guarantee: more leads than your agreed baseline within 90 days of your campaign starting, or we keep working free until you get them. Here is what that means, in plain English.

A lead is a genuine new-customer call or enquiry that comes through the channels we track together, such as tracked phone calls, website forms and email. Spam, existing customers, duplicates and wrong numbers do not count.

Your baseline is agreed in writing before work starts, taken from your existing records, or from a measured period if you have none. We then track your leads weekly and report them to you.

If your tracked leads have not beaten the baseline by day 90, your weekly or monthly fee is paused and we keep delivering the same scope of work at no charge until they do. This is a service guarantee, not a refund of fees already paid.

The guarantee needs a few things from you: access to your website and Google Business Profile, reasonable turnaround on approvals, tracking left in place, and no conflicting SEO work running at the same time. If these lapse, the guarantee pauses until they are back.

The guarantee ends when the target is hit, or if the engagement is cancelled. We still do not guarantee rankings, because nobody controls Google. This guarantee is about the thing you actually want: the phone ringing.

No guarantee of rankings

Search engines control their own rankings, and no one can guarantee a specific position or outcome. That is exactly why our guarantee is about leads, not rankings. Anything on this site about timeframes or examples is indicative, not a promise.

Our content

The text, design, logos and graphics on this site belong to Threefold Systems Pty Ltd unless stated otherwise. The Threefold name and mark are ours.

Liability

We provide the site and its content in good faith and do our best to keep it accurate, but we cannot promise it is error-free or right for your specific situation. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from relying on the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
